SMART objectives and Scrum
We recently invited Rob Purdie to spend a day with us to discuss setting SMART objectives and to gain insights into how Rob incorporates agile methods into his client work.
We've crossed paths with Rob (from Important Projects) on a number of occasions, most recently through his stewardship of the excellent Drupal for NGOs, and finally decided to invite him in to lead a day's training workshop at Torchbox.
We thoroughly enjoyed the day, looking in depth at methods and techniques and sharing experiences. We were particularly interested to learn how Rob incorporates agile methods, and specifically Scrum, which we use here for our internal production, into his client work.
